Logistics at ASCOPHARM include reception of study materials for each program, tracking of product accountability and ordering of new products whenever necessary.

On request of operational personnel, the logistics department prepares product and document shipments to investigational centres according to project specifications.

Preferential contracts have been signed with courier companies in order to certify quality and timely delivery of products and documents.

Master agreements have be established between ASCOPHARM and a number of clients for such a study-specific service.

Also the logistics department is involved in all internal projects that ASCOPHARM conducts or is responsible for.

The logistics Department includes 2 experienced people and provides services from its 60 m² independent secure storage facility. Room temperature and controlled 5°C temperature storage may be provided whenever needed. Specific electronic tools are available for ordering, accountability, shipment tracking and reception.
