Ten years later, site assistance is a key activity of the group. ASCOPHARM may provide to investigators, investigational centres, sponsors or any third party with site assistance and support such as Hospital CRAs, Study Nurses and Clinical Technicians; Thos professionals may provide assistance on an as-needed, day-to-day basis for programs where there expertise and experience is pivotal.

Flexibility and availability on demand is a key strength of the site assistance group at ASCOPHARM. Expertise in Rheumatology, Organ transplants, Oncology, Haematology Neurodegenerative syndromes and hormonology, is also a major contribution to clinical programs.

Also Site support group may be pivotal for the conduct of large epidemiologic programs or for the collection of retrospective data. Site CRAs dedicated to such projects by ASCOPHARM may spend consecutive days in hospital to collect data directly from source documents, either on paper CRFs or on electronic tools, and therefore achieve the completion of a large clinical survey in short time conditions and optimal budget cost.
